Every staff person went out of their way to make you feel welcome.
Parking spaces in garage designed for compact cars and closed at 10:00 PM.

First experience with this hotel chain. It met all of my expectations. Customer appreciation and attention was better than many 5 star resorts at which I have stayed. Would go back again and again.
